"Booked table, but when we arrived, they ran out quite a lot of menu. I said it was because of going into. Only had beef, fish and chips or veggie option. Same problem with appetizers and desserts. It's a little outside, so it's not like you can show up elsewhere. To be fair, beef was nice, but it's about the only plus. 4 times asked for bill and then waited to pay we just got up. It is also not a cheap meal, so expect more for your money and I would suggest if you want to go then do not reserve. I wanted earlier, but it was said on site that it was completely booked. Something from a bad day with friends, so I wouldn't travel for the risk and price. Many beautiful places ready to take less money."

"One of the most amazing places I've ever been to in Newcastle. Highly recommend. Place is Halal, clean, full of vibrant atmosphere. If you've never been here is a must. Not expensive either. The menu is vast and lots to choose from. They have dozens of staff and they check up on you regularly. If I go back to Newcastle this is a place I will revisit."

"Staying at the Hilton often before Koviden Essen in Fratellos was always excellent. That's different. Ordnete Lasagne, who arrived well. The middle of the lasagna was cold. I gave it back. It came back and looked hot in the middle, but when I ate it, the outsides were burned to the dish it was in. The waiter was excellently excused and said he would get the manager. The manager never arrived. My husband's food was absolutely good, but you don't book the Hilton and expect so bad food. I didn't order anything else when my husband had finished his meal. I was very disappointed and hungry."
