I’ve lived in New England for the last 13 years and thought my dreams of having a good bagel in Ohio were destined to be crushed….. The food is really good and the atmosphere is really cool. I've never been disappointed with their food! The customer service is terrible though. Sometimes they have nobody working the register for 10-15 minutes at a time or you have a dozen people waiting for to-go orders and whoever brings them out will put them behind the counter and not say whose order it is and you could be waiting 10 minutes for someone to come...
