"I wouldn’t even give a 1 star. I’m not one to complain, but this Burger King SUCKS. On several different occasions, our whoppers had BBQ sauce and tomato (that was it), our cheese burgers came with cheese only, their deals say it comes with this and that and then when you order it, they say it doesn’t come with it. They were rude when we called, I didn’t want money back or a new order, just explain what they did, and they hung up. Do not recommend. NORTH RIDGEVILLE location only for this review, not all Burger Kings"

"Service at the N Olmsted store was great! Brie was very kind and willing to help us with our order and she just seems like a great asset to any business!
