I graduated from the Royal Derngate theatre yesterday and was having trouble organizing the day for my elderly parents. The staff at John Franklin's went above and beyond to help out. They took care of my parents while I ran around getting everything ready. When I returned, my parents were well-fed and happy, ready for the ceremony. Very laid back and friendly service. We had a pizza and the mixed plate of the day. The pizza was excellent. The mixed plate was different to the one advertised, but several cheeses, two cooked meats, chutney and bread and cheese biscuits made a plateful. Very busy and we went early as it was a pre-theatre trip for us, so we could just walk through to the theatre. View all feedback.
