Have been a few times now but as we live 2 or so hours out of Melbourne we don't get there as often as we may like but this visit was a delight. Met a friend here yesterday and found it unappealing. Staff were polite but unfriendly, and inattentive to our needs except to point out we had to leave in mins. Also, no staff member was wearing a mask and there were quite a few or They were not socially distancing behind the counter as there wasn’t enough room. Not impressed and not comfortable.
