The BBQ is delicious! I have tried all their smoked meats and they are all equally good. The brisket has the right smoke ring, with an excellent bark on it. If your in the mood for less traditional bbq, try the smoked wings! Juicy and flavorful. The food truck was on campus today. Overall horrible food in my opinion. The brisket sandwich was practically inedible. It?s kinda a disgrace to real bbq by calling it brisket. Sauces were either mislabeled or wrong because their version of Carolina mustard is more of a bland, watery concoction of vinegar and mystery seeds. I wouldn?t recommend this anyone.
