It is a beautiful old building with some sort of neo-colonial atmosphere. Service is very friendly. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, in my view maybe a bit too much, as the quality is not top-notch. I felt that the food was overall...bland, with very thick sauces covering meat and/or fish, which do taste fresh. View all feedback.
