"It is a beautiful old building with some sort of neo-colonial atmosphere. Service is very friendly. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, in my view maybe a bit too much, as the quality is not top-notch. I felt that the food was overall...bland, with very thick sauces covering meat and/or fish, which do taste fresh."

"Ontem, dia do Pai fomos, em família, por marcação, ao restaurante Maresias na Parede.A vista é linda, não tinha disponibilidade junto à janela, mas apesar disso, optámos pelo local, em parte devido à dificuldade de marcação para outros de que temos boa opinião e experiência.Esperámos mais de 1/4 hora só para nos ser trazida a lista...Paciência!Escolhidos os pratos e as bebidas, a demora foi aceitável, meia hora.Das bebidas solicitadas vieram todas menos a água fresca. Insistindo, trouxeram-nos uma natural. Insistindo na fresca, foi-nos dito não haver...Prescindimos da água.A confeção e apresentação dos pratos era aceitável, alguns até saborosos, como o polvo que eu comi.No final da refeição, ao pedirmos a sobremesa, uma bola de gelado para o meu neto,fomos avisados que isso «demoraria muito» pois os pedidos de pratos estavam à frente e o pedido do gelado entraria nessa fila.Desistimos do gelado...Os cafés, vá lá, vieram com certa brevidade, e a conta também. Nada barata por sinal, atendendo ao mau serviço...Conclusão: desaconselhável e a não repetir."

"This is one of the best places in cascais area to have a beautiful coffee / tee in the night with a few friends. they have beautiful prizes, great tees and also beautiful desserts, directly cooked for them! the only bad evaluation I could give. is over the smoke. I really don't like it, but I have to accept it if I want to go on there."

"We accidentally found this bar/restaurant. the staff was very friendly, and they were hopeful that we would eat there. So we promised them we would go to lunch again the day after. we ate there and were not disappointed. I had one with whistle and sweet, and my wife had a thunfish salad. very nice! followed by a chocolate dessert. then we had 2 or 3 glasses wein, and 2 snaps and coks. the bill was just over 18 euro. we enjoyed this restaurant and the hospitality of the staff that we have again 2 times. it's worth the visit. one day we ate a sandwich of thin-cut leber that had been boiled in red wine. it was delicious."
