We'd been looking forward to trying the Barley Mow for a long time. The building and decor is really nice and the menu looked great. £21 for a roast so was expecting a high standard, however it was very average. The food was luke warm, the potatoes were hard like they'd been made ages ago and just been kept warm. The gravy was tasty and the meat was tender but it really wasn't worth £21.
