Whoever waited on me yesterday thought it was a good idea to show me pictures in his phone while people are waiting behind me and asking me if I thought the girl in the picture was pretty. Then they gave me a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee. That crew in the afternoon all they do is fool around there. I like the Dunkin location on East St in Plainville. However, depending on the amount of drive-thru traffic, and staffing, requesting a sandwich made well done was not made as requested. Even when I had to drive back through and have it remade it was still not toasted as requested. Most days the long tenured staff is excellent and keep things moving and done correctly.
