"EDITED: I need to edit this review as I wrote the below, they really improved their breakfast sandwiches SIGNIFICANTLY. The last few times I left were absolutely perfect, even with a simple egg. Great workers, even if I know you're hurting the staff. Older review: I have been going to this panera for years and have observed that it is steadily decreasing, although I think this goes for all Panera, is basically a fast Applebee at this point. This is the third time that this has happened to me in the last few weeks, which is the only reason I post because I am so incredibly frustrated that I pay so much money for terrible food. I made my breakfast sandwich wrong in the last times I ordered. I get the same sand every time. He didn't even have bacon on it. The earlier times the eggs were scattered (I just get) or the bread would be wrong. I know that the market is hard for setting, but these were problems long before. The following photo is what I open for a bacon egg and cheese on Ciabatta."

"Our sandwiches were delicious! The Italian sub and steak and cheese were fantastic/ very tasty. I think the best part if the visit though was the awesome help from ROSA (shift Manager). She helped me with my points without complaining and she figuredout the issue with a smile!! We have been enjoying D'Angelos for decades! Prices can get up there but things are so expensive atthe grocery store so it's understandable. THANKS FOR THE HELP ROSA!!!"

"Excellent Entrees with generous portions. We had loaded farmers omelets with vegetables and cooked for perfection. Recommend to get white toast with him. The taste is homemade. Look at the Salsas, plastered objects and much more at the front counter. Owner Karen is a lifelong cook with amazing experience. Our first visit made the Heirloom Cafe for breakfast. Next outing lunch!"
