Was staying in Talgarth for a mid winter break last weekend and we popped to the pub for a drink. Great wood burner going and very welcoming owner. We had a few drinks and decided to stay for food very good. Highly recommended. As...it is by the river I would think that in summer a few beers sat at the tables outside would be very very nice. Went for a quite drink with faimly sat at a table in the back bar so we cd watch the rugby. Got settled and chatting when the landlady jane came across and told us we would have to move as the table was for regulars!!!! So I said that's a warm welcome her reply was it is what it is!!!!
