went through drive thru and ONLY ordered coffee, after i paid i was told to wait in waiting bay, i was not impressed as i waited more than five minutes, another occasion i called to ask if there frozen coke machine was working as was told YES, went there and was told its broken, this is terrible customer service, i have friends that feel the same who have been in there to order food and are kept waiting too long.
