I have been to Shop 225 a number of times this year and am never disappointed. The dough is fermented for 72 hours so I don't get a heavy feeling in my stomach. The toppings are all fresh and high quality, the service is great and the owners are lovely! We had read such great reviews we were excited about our visit. Parking was a bit hard but no matter. Greeting staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful and we got a table although the restaurant is very small. Cooking smells were enticing.
