The food deserves 4 stars as it always seems to be fresh and tasty. The issue is with the staff who are rather rude and blame any mistakes in your order on you, rather than just politely solving it with a simple comment such as “I’m not sure what happened, and I’m sorry that you got the wrong sandwich/drink/whatever.
