True, this place is own by Japanese, but I highly doubt he is a fully trained sushi chef.On a regular day, the food is okay, but definitely AVOID this restaurant on a holiday. 1) They would do take out party trays before they do dinning room orders, which means you would wait up to 1½ hours for 10 pcs of sushi. 2) Do not order hand rolls of any kind, as they will be done by an amature part time who definitely is not...
