Pretty decent dim sum. Drove up from the 757 area to try this place. Food came out hot and fresh. The xiao long bao and the cold noodles were the highlights for me. The pan fried baozi skin was a little too thick. And the pig ears were tasteless and under seasoned. They tasted only of the chili oil that they were tossed with. I really wanted to like this place. But I may not ordered the right dishes. I ordered one mushroom noodle, one beef rice noodle and a rice cake desert. None are up to my expectations. Before I ordered I asked the waiter if the noodles is hand made. She said yes. But the noodle is just made from dry noodle, not even the frozen fresh noodle.
