Coming to Rome to eat a cacio e pepe without cheese and with linguine... is priceless! We basically ate overcooked linguine... with oil and pepper! Very bad. The only thing the owner said, when I called it terrible , was even? . Then let 's not complain if tourists go elsewhere. Better to fast. I strongly advise against it.
