"Had a great experience here on Sunday evening. Loved the decor and atmosphere here! Great for a casual date or a drink with friends. Was pleasantly surprised by the great quality of their food; in particular, the quality of the beef burger patty, in my cheese burger.. what a hidden gem. Such great flavor! Will be back."

"My impression of Hotel Principe Di Piemonte is neither good or bad but rather neutral. The staff were nice and spoke good English, check in was easy. The twin room we stayed in was small. Nothing special but adequate for the price. The bathroom was just okay as well, nothing special. Towels were EXTREMELY thin, we're talking paper thin. At first we didn't realise they were towels, we thought they were spare bed sheets. We managed to dry with the towels but you may want to bring your own. There was a heater in our room that was very loud and kept us up at night. No way of turning it off unless you ask reception. The chambermaids were terrible. In the bathroom there is a sign that states you should leave your dirty towels in the shower if you'd like them replaced or on the hand rail if you'd like to keep them. One day we left the towels in the shower, they took them but didn't replace them so we had to ask at reception for towels. The next day we left them on the hand rail to reuse them but they took them again but only gave us 1 big towel instead of 2 big towels and 2 hand towels. The next day they replaced all the 2 big towels but didn't give us new hand towels or any soap and shower gels at all. It's also worth mentioning the 2-in-1 body and hair gel is VERY small. Definitely bring your own. It's worth mentioning when we booked this hotel it said it included free WIFI. While there is WIFI available it is only available downstairs in reception as the signal is extremely week. You will NOT be able to use WIFI in your room. Breakfast was very sparse. You get 3 choices of cereal (frosted flakes, rice krispies, not sure what the third was), a croissant, two types of juice and some bread. There was jam, chocolate spread and a few other things for the bread. Hotel is very close to public transport which is useful."

"I asked for a vegan arancini, the shop assistant assured me that the one with vegetables was vegan. Except that I smell a fishy smell that pushes me to ask for an explanation. At first they deny everything, then they change it for me. Something like this has never happened, I had asked several times if he was vegan and was sloppily told yes. "I 've lived in Italy for about two years now. I 've been to this place about five times. Everyone who comes to visit me brings me here, and I bring them here. The atmosphere, the service, and the high quality of the food NEVER change. Fabio always takes care of me when I come. He shows actual class and care as a business owner! Carlos legit is the kindness soul I 've met here in Rome, his attention to detail and genuine heart to service is amazing everyone who meets him will speak with me for days about him!! Coming from an American living in Rome who 's traveled worldwide, I would rate the a (12 out of 12). Also, everything is well-priced. It 's not cheap, but you will not break the bank once again because the food quality is worth it"
