Myself and my family have been coming to Spencers ever since they first opened and we absolutely love it there! The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is always good and we always feel at home when we go! Nothing is ever too much trouble and we are always made to feel welcomed. Absolutely shocking service paid for 17 seats got 6 asked to leave if don't like it by the woman with a red top who only helps out wen needed. She thought it was funny saying I should hit her with my stick to other guests. Attitude was shocking, such a shame as we were really looking forward to it and we go there regularly.
