this weekend, lunch with friends. we chose a formula, a dessert dish, a nice welcome salad, but too vinegarious. Then we were three to take the veal blanquette, but we saw a veal sauté plate with a sort of pepper cream sauce, a smoky pear, mushrooms and frog potatoes.
