I had a bad experience here because they ran out of boba, their store was way too cramped and small, the line was long, and they took ten minutes to make two drinks. Then one of my drinks spilled and they didn’t even say anything. They watched us clean it up and didn’t offer to help or offer any napkins or another drink to replace the spilled one.
