We traveled to Arizona to drop our daughter at college. Each and every person at the front desk (and security officers, housekeeping) greeted us and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. I stay with my family due to a storm as an emergency and I was sleeping and feel animal crawling in my legs. I wake up turn the lights on and see bugs in the bed. I was unable to go to the lobby since I was exhausted.
