What User likes about Cactus Rose:
We traveled to Arizona to drop our daughter at college. Each and every person at the front desk (and security officers, housekeeping) greeted us and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. It is rare to see exceptional customer service at a hotel (or anyplace) anymore. They really stood out. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Arizona a good one. What User doesn't like about Cactus Rose:
I stay with my family due to a storm as an emergency and I was sleeping and feel animal crawling in my legs. I wake up turn the lights on and see bugs in the bed. I was unable to go to the lobby since I was exhausted.
