My kids love coming to tropical smoothie, so we come every so often. It is located in a shopping plaza and we have always found parking in front. We usually come around 10/11am during the week. I ordered from this TS on the app. The wrap and one of the drinks were great. The second drink, the cup was faulty and broke. We contacted the company via the app asking for a refund for the one drink. They did not respond. It was such a shame too because I ordered extra for my drink. I am recovering from surgery and wanted an extra boost. I'll think twice before coming to this location. View all feedback.
