"We made a reservation about an hour before our seating time. no mention was made about the air conditioning not working. In Scottsdale it is over 100 degrees at 7 pm so not having working is a big deal. When we arrived the hostess tried to have us sit outside but due to the outside temp we wanted inside. She then fessed up to the fact that the AC was broken. Given a choice between 2 bad choices we picked inside. Everything was very good except the drink delivery which was excessively long and the temperature which was uncomfortable. The fact that they didn't just close speaks volumes about the managements attitude. Their desire to make money trumps the customers comfort. I will think twice before I go back."

"Terrible service. Sat in line for 20 minutes. Tried to order at the speaker and the employee was insistent on using the word ?breakfast buzz? to explain the drink I was asking for which was ?the big breakfast smoothie?. Absolutely terrible customer service. She made me drive to the window before taking *any* of my order which caused me to wait even longer for my order. Good customer service would have been an employee explain over the speaker what their breakfast smoothie contained, I could have told her that is what I want, and she could have placed the order. But that?s not what she did because she has terrible customer service skills. And it took up about 5 times the amount of time that it otherwise should have."

"I had the honor to try mad greens before his public opening. I ordered an salat, but created my own with their Create-Your-Own option to make sure it was vegan-friendly. they get to choose which greens they want, choose 4 topping options, 1 add-in and dressing. my salat included baby green, green tweepers, roasted mais, avocado and edamame. my essay was her grilled piri piri tofu. the tofu was unexpectedly delicious; the taste was amazing. they told me they'd marinate it for 24 hours. all ingredients were fresh and the large salate (they have a possibility of regular or large size was very filling. there are 6 vegan dressing options, including a roasted red pfeffer dressing, and a sherry molasse vinaigrette. there are still a few more options for vegetarian, such as a honey mustard and spicy sriracha vinaigrette (these 2 contain both honey . and they don't have to worry about what vegan is because there is an ingredient list right next to the dressings that show which vegan-friendly are. they can also have a little homework before the time. their website had a decent interactive allergen menu. they simply click all the ingredients they want to avoid and voila. all vegan suitable options appear. gluten-free options are also available. apart from salads, they have packed. they have paninis and suppen, but none of them showed themselves as vegan. they have fresh juices, drinks, tee and a soda fountain with all organic soda options. I had a great meal. everything was delicious. I will definitely visit her again. (they are open on Thursday, June 25, 2015 for publicity. updated by previous review on Tuesday, 23 June 2015 avoid the paninis! the brot contains molke."
