We got the buffet that was offered. It was a little confusing where to start since there were plates in a few different places. Food was pretty good but I think we are spoiled by our usual chicken place. The Keg's chicken was OK but I liked the meatballs with gravy better. Service was good. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They make a mistake and instead of the refund THEY offered all I wanted was an apology. The refused to have the responsible party take accountability and simply apologize. I ordered a 10pc and potato wedges and got an 8pc with fries. My first impression was definitely my last.
