"Five start service. General management TJ was very attentive, checked on us when our server was busy and he was keeping the ball rolling on getting tables cleared. You don't see that everyday from a manager. Highly recommend this restaurant. Must stop when in Sioux Falls. Classic service and comfort food."

"My friend is a total fanatic about Slim Chickens, it's all she eats, so it seems. I have also tried this restaurant. The food is fresh. Chicken strips super yummy! Especially with its zingy barbeque sauce. Go ahead. Go out on a limb try it. You won't regret it."

"Had lunch with a coworker and our boss, and our bosses boss. Waitress got drink orders expeditiously and took our order. I think the waitress was on the ball but for some reason, it took an hour for our food to come out. This was not a big deal for us because we were busy discussing business matters but if that is typical, this would definitely not make for a good lunch break stop. I ordered the chicken risotto. It was slightly congealed on the top, meaning it spent some time under a heat lamp/food warmer. (This is hard to see in my picture but can be noticed at the 6 o’clock position if you zoom in. This did not greatly effect the dish itself, however, as it was still hot and very delicious! Textures were all spot on and flavor was amazing! Not sure what happened with our food taking so long but the food here is definitely worth a try!"

"Birthday get together. Onion rings and chips queso was good. I got BLT and fried green tomatoes. Sparse amount of bacon and tomatoes very small/thinly sliced. Nieces got chicken strips and wouldn’t eat them. Flour drenched, not a breading. Our bill was given to table next to us. We were $30 more than theirs. Too bad they didn’t catch it. They got way overcharged. Will try this place again in a few months to see if it has straightened out."
