The Aguas Frescas were good. The salsa for the chips needed a little spice. The spices were a bit too much cumin for the meat on the Huarache as well as on the tampiqueña Steak I had, but it wasn't really a tampiqueña as you can see it looks more like a Fajitas style steak.
