I suggest you look on Amazon for a book of how to treat others ,You have continuously lost all your good staff here, when will you be able to figure that out ? Couldn’t have more than a quarter of my flat white, this stuff is evil. Overextracted, very bitter and very acidic. Lift up the cap and I can see this disgusting black foam at the top. What a waste of coffee, good equipment and money. Didn’t complain or ask for another, this put me off coffee for the day. Never getting coffee here again. Maybe a panini, they’re quite good.
