"Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. Doesn't look very professional but thats just my opinion."

"Went into Coffee#1 in Portswood whilst in the area visiting family. First impressions were good and felt reassured by cleanliness and Covid safety measures. We received a lovely greeting from Liam who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and took the time to customise our order. Really enjoyed the coffee and the atmosphere and will look forward to returning"

"We have eatn here regularly over the lsat three years and been very happy. We went there yesterday – 4 of us for lunch (Jan and I plus son and his girlfriend • We discovered they no longer take Tesco vouchers ' The other two are both vegans • When we were ordering the waitress said Vegan items had to be ordered elsewhere (why??? • When the meals arrived only 3 of them were there • Mine was missing and my wife 's was incomplete • There were profuse apologies and I was assured it would be ready in one minute. My wife 's missing item duly arrived – my entire meal didn’t • Two minutes later I enquired again about mine and was assured it would be ready in three minutes • Mine arrived 15 minutes later – the others were virtually finished eating • Mine was the wrong pizza – I ate it anyway, not wanting to delay the others • When I’d finished mine the waitress, having offered ue thhe pudding menus, unprompted arrived with a machine so I could pay the bill • The front screen, unbelievably, prompted me to select how much tip I wanted to leave • Throughout the whole meal I felt we were in the way and they wanted us out We won 't be back great shame"

"Found this gem of a restaurant by chance while working away. I'm here for a few days but I've been twice this week already as it has been so wonderful. (I missed last night due to work). Tonight was the best calamari ever, followed by the king prawn linguini (Pictured).... I didn't want this dish to end as it was so lovely. Staff are amazing too, (thanks Anna and Adriana in particular). The food is stunningly nice and meeting George the boss (and headchef) who paid all the guests a visit too was for me ace and shows someone who is passionate about what they do, as well as great customer care. I will be back without a doubt as one of the best.... anywhere."
