Oh, Lord, where do I start? The best customer service I had in every restaurant. The owner was so unsatisfactory that we felt at home. The food was delicious, we had number seven fried lobster plates? Oh, that's the point. I ordered the #3 with 2 crab clusters, but when my food was brought to me, one of the claws was broken and had no meat in it. The restaurant refused to replace it or give me a refund. I expect to receive 2 full clusters when I order 2, especially since the claw is the best piece of meat. It seems that their no refund policy is just a way to rip people off.
