I ordered a #3 with 2 crab clusters...My food was brought to me and one of the claws was broke and had NO meat in it. They refused to replace it or give me my money back....I mean, if I order 2 clusters I expect 2 FULL clusters...Not to mention the claw is THE BEST piece of meat, right????! I guess there is a reason they have a NO REFUND policy...To RIP PEOPLE OFF...If I spend $50 I would like to get what I paid for. read more.
