Unfortunately, due to covid travel restrictions, we are not able to travel Australians to visit our family in stoke on trent. we always make sure that we have chips, pudding, Moushey bases with curry sauce at least once a week when we go. absolutely fantastic. Please please cook your food utilizing a food thermometer at least until you get used to how long it takes to cook the various food types you sell. We had a fish in breadcrumbs freshly cooked sorry to say but it was so overcooked and hence extremely dry, it was cooked for 6 to 8 minutes when 4 minutes would have been adequate.
