Please please cook your food utilizing a food thermometer at least until you get used to how long it takes to cook the various food types you sell. We had a fish in breadcrumbs freshly cooked sorry to say but it was so overcooked and hence extremely dry, it was cooked for 6 to 8 minutes when 4 minutes would have been adequate.
