I ordered a fruit cake yesterday, and it was dry on the inside with a hard texture instead of being soft. It seemed like the cake had been stored for a week and definitely didn't look fresh. I called the shop to express my concerns, but they told me there was no manager available and promised to get back to me the next day. I still haven't heard anything from them.
