I have always loved the cedar ridge bourbon, but now that I have been to the actual winery and distillery I am even further impressed. I'm sorry, but your whiskey is not good. The tour is a waste. You go to one room, get the history, move to another and see current distilling equipment, move back to original room and sample 2 products. The whiskey is bottom shelf. The gin is bland.
