I had never visited Potbelly's before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great vibes when I walked in. I accidentally dropped half of my sandwich, and the staff kindly made me a new one at no additional cost. The people there were super nice, and the Italian sandwich I had was delicious. A lovely lady helped me out and assured me it was no problem. It made my day! I will definitely be returning again. View all feedback.
