I have never been to potbelly’s before but I came in and the vibes were so great. I dropped half of my sandwich and they went out of their way to make me a new one with no extra charge. Super nice people and the sandwich was awesome (Italian sandwich). A kind lady helped me out and said it was no problem. Made my day!!! Definitely coming again. View all feedback.

This place has great sandwiches. However, every single time I come in here the staff is so rude and off putting. Whoever manages this place, needs to train their employees on customer service or something because it’s a real turn off. View all feedback.
