Despite the delicious food and beautiful atmosphere, the overall experience at this restaurant is marred by slow and inattentive service. The staff is often unhelpful and disorganized, leading to long wait times and uncomfortable dining experiences. However, the food itself receives high praise, particularly dishes such as almond banana toast and pulled shiitake tacos. While the restaurant offers great vegan options and generous portions, the lack of sufficient staff can result in delays and frustration for customers. Overall, the restaurant's potential is overshadowed by the issues with service, making it difficult to fully enjoy the dining experience.
What User likes about Hello 123:
I was a big fan of pretty much everything I've ever got here. the almond banana toast and the pulled Shiiitake tacos are my favorites, but I would also strongly recommend each of their burgers, their avocado toast, and their omelette! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hello 123:
Good food and beautiful atmosphere completely ruined by the staff ignored us. If our water did not refill, did not know any answers to questions about menu elements ingredients, did not come to give us the bill after our plates have been deleted for a while. Maybe dessert or a drink have ordered, but was fed and went and asked for the bill. Tired to wait. No, thanks. The waffle was good. Avocado fresh. View all feedback.
