For a resort supposedly owned by Asians, they should be ashamed of this place. I cannot see real Asians dining here and enjoying the food. Whoever is responsible for the quality of the food should immediately commit harakiri. The mexican chef does not know the difference between ponzu and soy sauce. The tuna must have been fresh frozen.
