Ok, I will admit that before going here, I thought I wasn't going to be impressed. Thought that the quality of the food/taste would be a little different than what I'm used to because of the fusion-ness of the place and the fact that they have menu from different Asian countries (too much variety). For a resort supposedly owned by Asians, they should be ashamed of this place. I cannot see real Asians dining here and enjoying the food. Whoever is responsible for the quality of the food should immediately commit harakiri. The mexican chef does not know the difference between ponzu and soy sauce. The tuna must have been fresh frozen.
