Charming little restaurant in the back streets of the cute city center of Toulon. The owner and his server really went out of their way to please me and they did! The card is small which means you have quality in the plate « good value for money » the French fries are homemade and there are a few fusion dishes, I recommend « le tigre qui pleure » , i even went back and had the fish and chips .... great address , will...
