"We popped in rather than eat in the st Muse hospital. I got an Italien tartare which I didn't like too much. After discussion with the waitress she explained there are three types in Italy. I prefer the one with oil etc they do it...dry..Italian tartare adds parmesan cheese and ham compared to the french one while Belgium tartare adds hotto spices. My wife had fish which she said was ok."

"The dakota chooses from the nose very good service but waiting infinitely, cooking without taste without relief and we try to make you believe that what you are served was prepared with love by the chef while swimming in the mediocrity. an entrance of 2, 1 dish each and 1 bottle of wine 1st prize.: 71 euros plus enough money to give hay to horses"

"I took a missile sandwich, very copious, I couldn't finish... My son took a burger Classic that he devoured!!! The fries are very good!!! A good experience to repeat when it opens an antenna on Avignon who is? I recommend to the owner is very hot and to the taste to explain how he does his work."

"WE have only just returned from Toulon and for the first time in my life i have joined TripAdvisor as I felt i wanted to add something positive to what i believe is incorrect when people go online to ask about Toulon. Toulon does have...Great food. It is a great city and by god is it changing fast and for the better . I had read the reviews here about this restaurant and decided to visit with Family who live in Toulon. what did we expect ? Simple lunch type food , nothing out of this world etc and not expensive This is what we found ! But do not think simple means Ok the food was Lovely and matched by without any doubt in my mind the friendliest staff/owners ever. We needed up visiting again for lunch 48 hours later and nothing had changed. WE ate great food . The burgers are good. The salads and savoury pastries etc exceptional . And in the owners own words.... we know how to make deserts And that was truly confirmed . The previous day we had visited one of Frances best patisserie in Marseilles and whilst it was great, L 'Aparte shocked us the most . Let me explain another reason to visit this area. The daily market in Toulon starts from the Sea front with the usual tacky rubbish found in most markets around the world (This need to be addressed by the local minister of tourism etc you then walk up the road with fresh supplies for sale. after 5 mins you branch of to the left to see a very different quality of food been sold ! This is Toulon at its best . The whole area is getting a good reputation for food and we need to return quickly to watch the development ! It is true..The sea front restaurant and area needs work !! But Toulon is great . Go say hello to L Aparte and enjoy nice people working hard to make your meal good. And then check out the size of their kitchen !! I wish them luck for 2015"
