We just had dinner at Solides in Toulouse with the 8 course menu and wine pairings. It was delicious. Each of the courses was well prepared with interesting sauces. We had mackerel, ****, pigeon and many others. Every dish besides being tasty was beautifully presented and delicious to eat. The wine parings were on site. A bit too small, tables for two are packed together with no intimacy for conversations. Certainly not try to book a table for 6! Extremely overpriced.
