We just had dinner at Solides in Toulouse with the 8 course menu and wine pairings. It was delicious. Each of the courses was well prepared with interesting sauces. We had mackerel, cock, pigeon and many others. Every dish besides being tasty was beautifully presented and delicious to eat. The wine parings were on site.
