Busy branch located in the middle of the mall. Think pastries, cakes, breads and loads more plus drinks. There is seating too. There are so many staff but I am not sure why! Most were standing around chatting. Service was pleasant but could be friendlier. The fougasse olives was nice as a simple late lunch or snack. Reasonably priced. View all feedback.

Generally, I feel like Paul’s in London lack quality compared to France/rest of Europe chains. In the Canary Wharf branch in particular I’ve had the least pleasant experience. Went there on a morning and the pastries/sandwiches looked (and tasted) like they were leftovers from the previous day.
