The sushi rice was perfectly cooked but under seasoned. The nigiri had way too much rice and not enough fish. The Unagi needed to be seared or roasted. I love that they have so many sauce choices instead of just the same ol spicy mayo and eel sauce. They should toast the sesame seeds. Value is decent.
