"Worst experience and food ever. Wanted to support local business and pick up some sashimi on the way home from work. Ended up waiting 45 mins for old stale fish and salmon that was rotten we had to toss. Wasted $55 and the pad see ew was dry and the noodles they used was not the soft Thai kind at all. Should have known when the menu was everything expansive from Thai, Chinese, Japanese. So what is it? We watched customers wait 30 mines before a waiter even took their order and brought out food. I hate to write a bad review but this really is unacceptable for a any restaurant. We truly could have gotten food poisoning. Truly felt bad for the nice man who was the host, waiter, sashimi chef and even answered the phones. . He was the only one we saw in the restaurant until I saw the chef lady in the back yelling at him . This place needs new chef, new Owner, new everything ."

"Okay this is going to be a mixed review, please read to the end.Tonight was my twins 25th birthday and they wanted to try this restaurant so we drove over an hour to eat there. Once we arrived we were told it would be around a 20-25 minute wait. They took my name and cell number and said we would be notified as soon as a table was available. Over an hour later I went in to inquire why we had not been seated yet that people that arrived after us had eaten and were leaving while my family had been outside for over an hour in our vehicle because it had rained that evening and everything was wet, that it was my twins 25th birthday and that one had to be at work before 6am and we still had over an hour trip to get home. We were told they would give us complementary soft drinks and a discount due to the inconveniene. More than 15 minutes later we were finally seated, it was after 9 pm. We ordered, 2 of us ordered the same thing, the other 3 ordered different entries and 2 appetizers. We received 1 appetizers and 4 entries. The 2nd appetizer came 10 minutes later. After 20 minutes our meals were getting cold because we were waiting for the last meal to arrive so we could eat together. I asked THREE times what was taking so long and was told it would be just a few more minutes. Finally I explained there is no reason that meal should not be ready, I ordered the exact same meal. 5 minutes later the last meal was finally brought out. Now the rest of us had cold dinners and my daughter in law just sat there because her food had not been delivered in a timely manner, the rest of us had cold dinners and she was vertually in tears over the whole ordeal. When I got the bill, we were charged for our 'complementry soft drinks ' and received a whooping 10% discount. I brought the drinks to our servers attention, he had no ideal what I was talking about so he consulted the manager. It then took another 10 minutes to get the corrected bill, by this time we were approaching 10 pm, we still had over an hours drive. My son will be lucky to get 5 hours sleep before having to be at work where he run heavy equipment, that could possibly put him and those around him in danger and that does not make either of us happy either especially since we arrived around 6:00 to 6:30 pm.Now for the only thing that was positive about our dinner: the food was good and had a nice flavor to it. But if they continue to run the restaurant like we experienced tonight it won 't last long. You can not expect your customers to tolerate such service and expect them to return. I truly hope they correct the problems because the food was good, but my family and I will not be returning any time soon if it does not improve their customers service. FYI: I am not one to complain but I was raised in my mom 's restaurant and I know what is good and what is bad customer service and this is the worst experience I have ever experienced. And that it happened on my twins birthday makes it worse because it truly destroyed the atmosphere and put a damper on our celebration."

"Food was great!! However, customer service was just interesting. When I walked in the ?host? raised his eyebrows to question how many. As I left three boys were standing at the host stand talking when one did a sort of salute. I guess to wish me a good day. Not even a smile by any of the staff. Not at all surprised since it was all teenage boys and I guess they?re usually focused on themselves."
