Was there today 20th April between 12.00 and 1.00 and the two ladies who were working there and served me were amazing and really helpful. I accidentally spilt my hot chocolate and they came over straight away and cleared up and were so nice about it. Wish all your staff was as polite and helpful. Shame I didn't get their names. Told to leave after we walked in with an elderly (14 years old dog in a push chair. Staff couldn’t answer why having a dog in a push chair was any different to a child in a push chair given that our dog can’t walk so wouldn’t touch the floor at any point. Given the percentage of households with a dog now, it’s incredibly outdated to not allow well behaved dogs in. Go to Starbucks over the road, they welcome dogs : View all feedback.
